2. Applications & Waiting List

Submitting an application does not guarantee availability or reservation of a puppy.

Bullberry Kennel carefully reviews each application and reserves the right to select or decline applicants at its sole discretion in order to ensure the best possible match between puppies and their future families.

3. Reservations & Deposits

Reservations are confirmed only after a deposit has been received.

• The reservation deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The order of selection is based on confirmed reservation order.
• Bullberry Kennel reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at its discretion.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Bullberry Kennel does not store or have access to full payment card details.
By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the selected payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Any remaining balance may be refunded only in cases where Bullberry Kennel is unable to fulfill the agreement, including but not limited to:

• Health concerns regarding the puppy
• Unavailability of a suitable puppy
• Cancellation initiated by the breeder

No refund shall be issued if the buyer withdraws from the agreement for any reason.

6. Puppy Availability

All puppies are subject to availability.

Bullberry Kennel does not guarantee the availability of a specific puppy, gender, color, or characteristic.

7. Health & Responsibility

All puppies are raised with care and according to responsible breeding practices.

Detailed health guarantees and conditions are defined in a separate written agreement provided at the time of reservation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, branding, and design — is the property of Bullberry Kennel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bullberry Kennel shall not be held responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided on this website.

10. Changes to Terms

Bullberry Kennel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
